Art Exhibition: From Bauhaus to Baggot Street
(Picture: Casino at Marino by Seamus Moran)
Over the centuries, the impulse to travel, explore and work abroad has led to Ireland's patrons, architects and builders being inspired by their continental European counterparts. They have also brought the best of them to Ireland. This has left the country with a rich landscape of old and new buildings that is anything but insular.
