An exhibition of four recent Fine Art Graduates from the Atlantic Technological University.
- Sarah Callaghan makes delicate sculptural works that play with geometry, colour and space.
- Callum Lewis’s provocative paintings imagine a world where human-animal relations are reversed in order to induce a sharp consideration of animal rights.
- Scott Nokia’s photographic portrait works reflect upon identity and ritual around the transition from youth into adulthood.
- Casandra O’Neill works with fluid painting media to explore how it feels to inhabit a human body.
Artist Bio
Callum Lewis is an artist based in Ireland. He received his BA(Hons) in Fine Art from ATU Sligo in 2025. His current work examines animal rights and their exploitation, particularly how people treat them and use them for entertainment, food and clothing. Callum’s work is often graphic, depicting scenes of death and harm. He uses multiple mediums to convey his art, including animation, drawing, painting, sculpture and digital art.
Sarah Callaghan is a multidisciplinary artist from Dublin who has just completed a BA (Hons) in Art at ATU Galway with a graduation show in June 2026.
She has previously exhibited in 126 Artist-Run Gallery as part of the group show Ephemera in 2025, and the 126 Members Exhibition in 2026. Sarah is the current Graduate Studio Award Resident at Artspace Studios in Galway.
Her travels, including a residency in Iran, have influenced her practice, particularly in merging traditional crafts with futuristic ideals. Sarah’s work is inspired by her interest in geometry, and the intersection of art and science.
Cassandra O’Neill is a visual artist based in County Sligo whose work is concerned with the body and its complexities. She completed a BA in Fine Art at ATU Sligo in 2025 and is currently undertaking an MA in Creative Practice. She was longlisted for the RDS Visual Art Awards in 2025 and was awarded a Ballinglen residency for 2025–26.
Scott Nokia’s practice explores the intersection of personal experience and structural influence, with identity and ritual being of particular interest.
