LUX Audience Award 2025 - Irish screenings
The European Parliament Liaison Office in Ireland is delighted to announce further free screenings, following the dedicated LUX weekend in Cork, of this year’s LUX Awards’ nominees in Westport and Dublin during the month of April.
'LUX – The European Audience Film Award (short title: LUX Audience Award)' is organised by the European Parliament and the European Film Academy, in collaboration with Creative Europe MEDIA and Europa Cinemas. This award highlights the European Parliament’s commitment to culture and education, by providing support to European cinema and promoting cultural diversity.
Five films have been shortlisted for the 2025 LUX Audience Award.

Audiences are invited to rate the films by 27 April 2025 and be in with a chance to win a range of exciting prizes, including a trip to the European Parliament to attend the LUX Award Ceremony on 29 April 2025 and meet directors and film crews of the nominated films.
